Warranty Policy

At My Fitness Mall, we supply high-quality gym equipment built to last. All motorized treadmills, spin bikes, and home gyms come with standard warranties to protect your investment.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Warranties vary by product category and are clearly specified in the product descriptions and invoices. The standard coverage terms include:

  • Motorized Treadmills (Home Use): 1 Year Motor Warranty, 1 Year Control Board (PCB) Warranty, and 2 Years Frame Warranty.
  • Exercise & Spin Bikes: 1 Year Frame Warranty, 6 Months PCB / Sensor Console Warranty.
  • Multi-Station Home Gyms: 1 Year Pulley & Cable Warranty, 3 Years Frame Warranty.
  • Free Weights & Benches: 1 Year welding / structure warranty.

2. What is Covered under Warranty?

The warranty covers repair or replacement of parts showing genuine manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. Our technician will review the defect and send replacement parts (like motors, treadmill running belts, cables, pulleys, sensors, or display consoles) free of charge.

3. What is NOT Covered?

The warranty is null and void under the following conditions:

  • Electrical Failures: Damage to PCB control boards or motors caused by high voltage surges, load shedding fluctuations, or usage without a proper voltage stabilizer/protector (highly recommended for treadmills in Pakistan).
  • Overloading: Using home-use treadmills exceeding the maximum weight limits specified (e.g. using a 100kg limit treadmill for commercial use or 120kg users).
  • Improper Maintenance: Running motorized treadmills without timely silicon oil lubrication (leading to belt friction and motor burnout).
  • Accidental Damage: Physical cracks, water exposure, rusting due to high humidity storage, or modifications.

4. How to Claim Warranty

In case of any issue with your fitness machine:

  1. Record a clear video showing the display screen error codes (like E1, E2, E3 on treadmills) or the sound/issue.
