Return & Refund Policy

At My Fitness Mall, we strive to build long-term trust with our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we support returns and replacements under the following terms.

1. 7-Day Checking Window

We offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement window starting from the day you receive your order. If there is a manufacturing defect or the machine is not matching the described specifications, you can initiate a claim.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same physical condition that you received it.
  • All booklets, screws, wiring, remote controls, and matching tools must be in the box.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, hygiene, and weight factors, the following are not eligible for standard returns once opened/used:

  • Wearable items like workout belts, gym gloves, and wraps.
  • Items showing damage due to electrical fluctuations, incorrect voltage supply, or water exposure.
  • Gym equipment that was assembled/installed by your own technicians causing custom damage.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item at our Lahore head warehouse, our inspection team will review it within 48 hours.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
  • The refund will show in your account within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that shipping/cargo fees are non-refundable.

5. How to File a Claim

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Take photos and a short video clip showing the issue or defect.
